How are prices calculated?

Prices are calculated based on a number of things, but mostly the cost of materials and services. Products are printed by a third to ensure you get something a bit better than that “Walgreens” feel.

On top of that, these are all made to order. Meaning I don’t keep a stock of posters lying around that simply won’t sell. And as you may know, doing prints as they come in costs more-per-unit than printing a bunch of copies.

How about shipping?

Shipping is flat rate, via USPS. It’s simply the most cost effective way for me to ship goods to you. Doing it this way allows me to ship multiple items to you, instead of you paying separate shipping costs per product.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes about 3-5 business days to process, print, and ship your order. From there, it’s another 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on where you’re having the item shipped. In the US, it shouldn’t take more than 5 business days to arrive after being shipped. However, all of this depends on how much is being ordered, and where the item is being shipped to.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, all major credit cards are accepted via PayPal. Upon checking out, you’ll be redirected to PayPal where you can either login to an existing account and pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account, OR checkout as a guest with your credit or debit card.

What happens if I don’t receive my order/my order is damaged/I want a refund for some reason.

You have 14 days to request a refund once the item has arrived if the reason for the refund warrants it. Refunds or reshipments will be issued if, and only if:

  1. The item never arrives
  2. The item is physically damaged or defective upon receipt of the item
  3. You received an item other than what you ordered
