It turned out to be an issue with my memory. I removed all my ram except one stick. SO running a single stick, in single channel mode (2gb) allowed me to install. Once the installation was complete, I re-installed the rest of my memory. Thought I'd share, hopefully others can get some relief! -Nick Hey David,
